It takes everything that plagues modern action movies (shaky cam, jump cuts) and goes the extra mile with strobe lighting and out-of-place jumpscares. I was never on board with the Resident Evil movies, since they were pretty much vanity projects for Milla Jovovich and practically have nothing related to the games, but I'll admit that some of them have decent action scenes, there is nothing enjoyable about The Final Chapter. Every scene is poorly-lit, jittery, cuts too quickly, or all three combined. It's like the "climactic" fight scene in Alex Cross, except spread throughout multiple action scenes. This movie is so bad, it makes Taken 3 look like Terminator 2: Judgement Day. It's so bad it makes Getaway look like Bullitt. And I'm gonna get a lot of ** for saying this, but even Alone in The Dark is more comprehensive than this. When your movie is so bad that I'd prefer Uwe Boll to your piece of , then you ed up. And again, I'm sorry for sounding too aggressive. That being said, I didn't think this was a good movie, since I couldn't see anything coherent. But if I have one positive, I'd say that the motorcycle looks nice. Seeing the bike electrocute Alice was also kinda hilarious.
