Filmed in Toronto, according to the IMDB. But some of the captures look like real New York locations, e.g the police station and the elevated rail tracks.

Bill Fishman, the director of this.....unique movie, has recently shown interest in one of my scripts.
is that good news?

Sometimes you take whatever you can get. His filmography isn't exactly huge but you never know who he knows, where the interest can go, etc.

I have seen a huge amount of this movie and I would have to say that some of this would have to have been filmed in New York. Too many NYC-only places to be completely filmed in Toronto.
