 I wonder where this great Avia petrol station has been (or maybe even still is?). The N7 milestone must be fake - I couldn't find a plave called Maugis. Km 513 would be somewhere halfway Vienne and Valence, but the landscape around the service station must be more to the south...

 The action pretend to take place between Pont Saint-Esprit (Dept du Gard-30) and somewhere in the southern part of the N7 ...but I'm not sure the scenes of the station were shot on the real N7 actually . Plates nubler of cars and lorries are 13 (Bouche du Rhone), 06 (Alpes maritimes)... and 75 (Paris)
