Good attention to detail Antp - I'm impressed, I hadn't noticed that until you pointed it out. In both movies the Ford is moving backwards. Since both movies used a lot of stock footage, I wonder if we will see the same clip is some other movie.

Legends 37 Ford 5/8 scale racer
Motorweek (1981-2018)
Should we really use "Legends" as the make? Legends is the name of a class of 5/8 racers and not a specific car maker. Its like formula 1 - many F1 cars are different makes. Probably should put 'Legends' in model or extra info but I still don't know how to handle the maker name since most of these things are special built 'one of a kind' cars. 2008-01-06 19:01

Firebird86 wrote Probably a kit car, the original AC Cobra's are way to valuable. comments?

I doubt that its a kit car but agree that its probably a replica. By the way, these are 'shelby american cobra' and not AC cobra.

Agree that one cannot usually distinguish a cobra replica from a real car by looking at a picture. Don't know what to do in this case. probably easiest to just call them all cobras and leave a question in the comments unless there is some way to be sure in a particular case.

Legends 37 Ford 5/8 scale racer
