Back then you had odd cars with things like spotlights (I have even seen one with a Vector lightbar like the ones used during the 1990s.) Also has the black strip between the bumper and headlight assembly. The lightbar is also over the front doors. All real NYPD cars had their lightbars particularly far forward on all of their cars.
