1952 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith LWB Limousine H.J. Mulliner
The Return of the Pink Panther (1975)
It looks identical to #LALW16, a 1952 H.J.Mulliner limousine but it's possibly another one. The 1975 & 2004 photos show small blinkers below the horn grilles but the 2000 photos when with the Real Car Company show no blinkers!! Moreover LALW16 was in the US in 1975 but I can't find another design 7276 which fits in.

It's a 1937 reg'n, the headlamps are the smaller P-80, Cornercroft winglamps, therefore I also bet on a 25/30HP. The reg'n looks like DUC39 but it's not in my database.
