| Herbie goes to Monte Carlo (1977) | The Lancia Beta Montecarlo was called the Lancia Scorpion in the USA. | 2007-06-17 12:35 | |

| Volkswagen Golf III [Typ 1H] Murder, She Wrote: The Celtic Riddle (2003) | Golf Mk3 | 2007-05-25 16:26 | |
| 1958 Bentley S1 Saloon La marraine de Charley (1959) | Definitely a Bentley, either an S1 or an S2, these two models were visually identical, the difference being in the engine, the S1 having a straight 6, the S2 a V8, as the S2 was launched in 1959 (the same year as the film) I think it is impossible to say exactly which model this is. | 2007-05-25 15:42 | |
| unknown Wheels: The Joy of Motoring | Could be a Standard Vanguard with an ambulance body, I'm thinking this because of the shape of the front wheelarch. | 2007-05-24 08:51 | |
| 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 DHC MkI Wonder Woman (1976-1979) | Aston Martin DB2/4 | 2006-12-16 10:40 | |
| 1963 Humber Sceptre MkI The Baron (1966-1967) | Singer Vogue, the police car is a Wolseley | 2006-12-07 08:16 | |
| 1979 Mini City 850 MkIV [ADO20] Lovejoy (1986-1994) | Mini Mk4, the different 'marks' of Minis are a bit confusing, with hundreds of small changes between each mark, the Mk1 was obviously the original with outside door hinges and a chrome moustache over the front grille, the Mk2 had a different grille and slightly larger rear window, the Mk3 had internal door hinges, the Mk4 was visually similar to the Mk3 but had many small differences under the skin. I think this is a Mk4 because of the stripes, fitted after about 1979. | 2006-12-01 16:32 | |
| Hino HE Chai lai (2006) | Hino I think. | 2006-12-01 16:13 | |
| 1947 MG TC Great Cars (2003-2005) | Not a TF, my guess is a TB or TC. | 2006-12-01 14:23 | |
| 1967 Jaguar 420 [XJ16] Sweeney 2 (1978) | Jaguar 420, The squarer front compared to the S-Type identify it. | 2006-12-01 13:53 | |
| 1957 Jaguar Mk.I 30 Years of the RAC Rally (1991) | This is a Jaguar Mk1, the lack of the chrome bar down the centre of the grille and the thicker side window surrounds identify it. The other picture is not the same car, it is a Mk2. | 2006-12-01 13:45 | |
| 1962 Jaguar Mk.X Die Gentlemen bitten zur Kasse (1966) | Jaguar MkX, the 420 was a smaller model, similar in size to the S-Type, the later 420G was a facelifted MkX with chrome trim along the sides and a bar down the centre of the grille | 2006-12-01 13:39 | |
| Ford Escort MkII The Plank (1979) | Not an RS1600 although it is a Mk2 Escort, Ford never made a Mk2 RS1600 the Mk1 RS1600 was replaced by the RS1800 which is a very rare car so this is probably a Escort 1300/1600 Sport or a Mexico, it could be however a lower spec Mk2 with fog lamps fitted giving the appearance of a sportier model. | 2006-12-01 13:22 | |
| 1959 Austin A35 Van [AV5] Carry on Constable (1960) | Austin A35 van, definitely, the chrome grille surround identifies it. | 2006-12-01 13:12 | |
| Voisin C3 The Old Dark House (1932) | I'm sure it is a Voisin, the radiator grille although very similar to a Bentley has more of a point on the top at the front, the three vents on the bonnet side are a good clue also. I would imagine that there were some Voisins in the UK in the 1930s although it was and still is very rare. | 2006-12-01 12:12 | |
| Frazer Nash TT Replica Bright Young Things (2003) | Frazer Nash, 6 cylinder, there was lots of different models, not sure what this one is, my guess is that it is a TT Replica or another model rebuilt into the TT style. | 2006-12-01 11:54 | |
| 1931 Morris Minor Gaudy Night (1987) | Morris Minor? | 2006-12-01 11:45 | |
| 1928 Austin 12/4 Clifton Tourer Peeping Tom (1960) | Austin 12/4 | 2006-12-01 11:43 | |
| 1929 Bentley 4½ Litre [RL3444] Allez France! (1964) | 1929 Bentley 4.5 Litre | 2006-09-22 11:15 | |
| 1980 Ford Capri 1.6 L MkIII Lovejoy (1986-1994) | Capri Mk3 | 2006-09-22 10:52 | |
| 1970 Lotus Seven Series IV [Mark 7] The Persuaders! (1971-1972) | Lotus Seven Series 4, the car behind the Lotus looks like a Humber Hawk. | 2006-09-01 15:12 | |
| 1928 Alvis 12/60 HP Battle of Britain (1969) | I think it is an Alvis, don't know what model | 2006-07-15 15:52 | |
| 1960 Karrier Gamecock The Champions (1968) | Karrier, probably a Bantam | 2006-07-15 15:43 | |
| 1973 Reliant Robin Clockwise (1986) | Reliant Robin | 2006-06-25 23:11 | |
| 1957 Austin A35 [AS5] Heartbeat (1992-2009) | Actually an Austin A35, the chrome grille surround and larger rear window identify it. | 2006-06-24 21:41 | |
| Bentley R-Type Saloon Alleyn Mysteries (1990-1994) | Bentley R Type Saloon | 2006-06-24 21:34 | |
| 1936 Mercedes-Benz 320 Wehrmacht based on Jaguar chassis [W142] Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) | I don't think it is a real Mercedes, quote from - www.hampstead.com.au/mb/modules.php?name=old_pages - 'Rasmussen and his crew have been busy converting the frame and running gear from the original 1960 Jaguar MK IX design to accommodate a Chevrolet 350 engine and transmission, a Mustang II front suspension, and a Camaro rear axle. Armstrong, an auto mechanic himself, will install the engine and transmission and will rewire the car. Old Jaguar parts prices are so prohibitive, he opted for the "Americanization."' - But the pictures on the site dont seem to work for me so I'm not 100% sure it is the same vehicle | 2006-05-13 20:08 | |
| 1959 Austin A35 [AS5] The League of Gentlemen (1959) | I think the Seven was dropped when the A30'Seven' became the A35. | 2006-05-13 20:03 | |
| Bedford MK Felicia's Journey (1999) | This is a Bedford M Type, the 4x4 version of the TK | 2006-05-13 20:01 | |
| 1970 MG Midget MkIII Sweeney 2 (1978) | I think it's a Sprite, but definitely not a Mk2 as this was the same as the Mk1 Midget and had removable side windows and no exterior door handles. I would say that it is a either a Mk3 or a Mk5 Sprite (which was badged as an Austin not Austin Healey (so BMC didn't have to give Mr Healey any money!)). This is an educated guess based on the colour, painted sills, and wheels. | 2006-05-13 19:36 | |
| 1927 Austin 7 Gordon England Cup 20 Cars That Changed the World (2001) | 1927 Austin 7 G.E Cup according to the Austin Seven Clubs Association - http://www.a7ca.org/Registers/Reg%20Nos%20S%20-%20TZ.pdf | 2006-05-13 19:25 | |

| 1934 Austin 7 Nippy Type 65 'EB' 20 Cars That Changed the World (2001) | 1934 Austin 7 Type 65 'EB' according to the Austin Seven Clubs Association -http://www.a7ca.org/Registers/Reg%20Nos%20B%20-%20BZZ.pdf - | 2006-05-13 19:18 | |
| 1936 Mercedes-Benz 320 Wehrmacht based on Jaguar chassis [W142] Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) | It was a replica Mercedes built from Jaguar bits, based, I think on a Jaguar Mark 7 | 2006-04-10 18:26 | |
| 1959 Austin A35 [AS5] The League of Gentlemen (1959) | This is actually an Austin A35 not an A30, the main visual differences are the chrome trim around the painted grille, and the larger rear window. The A30 having a chrome grille with no trim round it and a small D shaped rear window. | 2006-04-10 17:52 |
