Bye Bye Birdie (1995)
I agree with "big dave". 2011-07-06 13:24
1941 Cadillac Series 62
Auto Esporte (2000-2013)
It even carries the year on the license tag. 2011-07-06 13:23
1929 Cadillac Series 341-B Fleetwood
Night Key (1937)
I agree with "fortengo": definitely a Fleetwood job on the 1929 Cadillac chassis. 2011-07-06 13:21
1948 Cadillac Funeral Coach
Xombie: Dead on Arrival (2003)

1965 Cadillac Sedan DeVille
The Erotic Director (1975)
I see the tail-end of a 1965 Cadillac sedan ... but not a Fleetwood 75 (wrong rear window size) 2011-07-06 12:15
1931 Cadillac Series 355 Convertible Coupe by Fleetwood
Columbo: A Matter of Honor (1976)
"nzcarnerd" is right as to the year (1931). It's a V8 (not a 12 or a 16 - the latter had distinctive sill trim treatments). I think it may be the roadster after all (the the top removed); the conv. coupe has a different upper door design. 2011-06-20 16:08
1930 Cadillac V-16
Stardust: The Bette Davis Story (2006)
I tend to agree with "frandau" on this one. While the V8s did have the sill-mounted tool boxes, as pointed out correctly by "nzcarnerd", the latter did not carry the triple chrome spears around the running board lamp. I think it's a V16 and probably Fleetwood style 4130/4130S or 4330/4330S (too fuzzy to tell for sure. 2011-06-20 15:58
1951 Cadillac Series 62
Hot Rod Horror (2008)
From the position of the spokes on the steering wheel, the year is 1951 or 1952.
Happy New Year, all.

1958 Chevrolet Bel Air Impala

This is a Chevrolet, not a Cadillac! 2010-05-18 11:35
1966 Cadillac Coupe DeVille
Kojak (1973-1978)
It could be also a Cadillac "Calais coupe. 2010-03-17 16:07
1950 Cadillac
Eve's Temptation
I won't be very "present" on the site as I am gradually winding down my Cadillac activities in favour of more time spent with wife, children and grandchildren. Can't do it all. But I will pop in now and again. 2010-03-10 03:40
1958 Cadillac Series 62 Hardtop Sedan [6239X]
F.I.S.T. (1978)
Animatronixx is 100%correct. Vilero's info comes from James T. Lenzke's book, "Standard Catalog of Cadillac, 1903-2000". I have the Cadillac Dealer Data Book for 1958, describing in detail all major differences in the various body styles, as well as dozens of photos (from factory originals to surviving cars). The only noticeable trim difference in that area is when cars were ordered with fog lights; in that case the "solid metal trim on the lower half of the conical projectile flares" was replaced by a glass lens; the upper part covered the parking lights and the lower part covered the fog lamps). I do not understand Mr. Lenzke's reference to "a thin ridge molding in the same location" for sertain models. I really would like to view comparative photos of the two alleged different trim finishes in the loaction identified by him; am I perhaps missing something?

Pas de problème! (1975) Definitely one of my three favorite French comic movies of all time (the other two being "Le Corniaud" and "La Grande Vadrouille". I spent the last 20 years looking for it on VHS tape or DVD; finally I got a buddy in Geneva to record it for me, on DVD, last summer. If they ever dub this movie in English I would highly recommend it for sheer movie entertainment value. 2010-03-08 14:53
1959 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special [6029M]
Poodle Springs (1998)
The full style number for this 1959 luxury sedan is "6029M" ... but it is more commonly referred to, simply, as the "Series 60 Special". 2010-03-08 14:44
1959 Cadillac Ambulance Miller-Meteor Futura
Poodle Springs (1998)
Professional car: Miller-Meteor "Futura" ambulance, 48" height, on Cadillac commercial chassis for 1959. 2010-03-08 14:38
1951 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special [6019]
The Bigamist (1953)
I agree with Vilero, but also with some reservation owing to picture quality: 1951 Cadillac "Series 60 Special" sedan. 2010-02-03 14:28
1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz [6467E]
Drzazgi (2008)
Presley links don't seem to work. Try this page of the Cadillac Database and scroll down to "Presley":

1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz [6467E]
Drzazgi (2008)
Indeed, indeed ! I had the very same one in the very same color scheme (code 98, Siena rose, with trim code 10, white leather)...except mine had the correct wheels with the "turbine blade" Fleetwood Eldorado wheelcovers: http://www.car-nection.com/yann/Dbas_60/styl60c.jpg

BTW, the car Elvis bought his mother was a 1955 Series 60 Special tha wa scatually gray before he had it repainted "shocking pink":

1959 Cadillac Series 62 [6237G]
The Mod Squad (1968-1973)
Could be the "Series 62" coupe or the more luxurious "Coupe De Ville". Too small and fuzzy to see detail. 2010-02-03 14:02
1967 Cadillac Coupe DeVille [68347J]
The Mod Squad (1968-1973)
Could be Cadillac "Calais" coupe or more luxurious "De Ville" coupe. 2010-02-03 14:00
1975 Cadillac Calais
The Corpse Grinders 2 (2000)
Funny quarter window & 4 doors spell "Calais" sedan or the more luxurious "Sedan De ville". 2010-01-31 22:27
1959 Cadillac Series 62 4-Window Sedan [6239A]
The Dukes of Hazzard (1979-1985)
1959 Cadillac "Series 62" 4-window sedan, or 4-window "Sedan de Ville" (can't see any badging in this fuzzy image) 2010-01-26 23:43
1970 Cadillac DeVille Convertible [68367F]
Greta (2009)

1960 Cadillac Series 62 6-Window Sedan [6229K]
Route 66 (1960-1964)
...the 6-window version, or the 6-window "Sedan de Ville" (it's hard to tell if there is an inscription on the rear fender above the side spear). Bec ause these two models were available also in a 4-window version, I think we should specify it in either case. 2010-01-25 00:56
1959 Cadillac Series 62 6-window Hardtop Coupe [6237G]
Route 66 (1960-1964)
It could be either the "Series 62" coupe or the more luxurious "Coupe de Ville". In either case a piece if insignia is missing or not visible. 2010-01-25 00:51
1959 Cadillac Ambulance Superior Royale
Route 66 (1960-1964)
Forward slanting rear window frame spells "Superior". It's probably the "Royale Rescuer". 2010-01-25 00:47
1960 Cadillac 6-window Sedan
Route 66 (1960-1964)
1960 Cadillac "Series 62" 6-window sedan or 6-window "Sedan de Ville" 2010-01-25 00:43
1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille [6237DX]
La maison du canal (2003)
1955 "Coupe de Ville". There's no need to add "Series 62", although, strictly speaking, as Vilero says, the "Coupe de Ville" fell into the general 1955 category, "Series 62". But so did the "Eldorado". Would you refer to that model as a "Series 62 Eldorado"? I don't think so. 2010-01-25 00:41
Tassels in the Air (1938) 1936 Cadillac Fleetwood limousine, V8 or V12, too many similar styles to pinpoint the precise one. 2010-01-25 00:27
1957 Cadillac Sedan
Experiment in Terror (1962)
I'll agree with Animatronixx on this one. 2010-01-25 00:13
1956 Cadillac unknown
A Bronx Tale (1993)
It's actually a "Sixty Special". Note the "Fleetwood" name in lieu of a Cadillac crest above the "V" on the trunk lid. 2010-01-25 00:11
1956 Cadillac Series 62 [6219X]
Koroleva benzokolonki (1963)
I agree with Vilero. 2010-01-25 00:08
1950 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Scale Model
The Babysitter (1995)
This is a tinplate model of a 1950 "Series 62" convertible coupe from the Fulgurex "Fifties" collection (scale circa 1:18) or it could be the later, cheaper rip-off from China.

http://cadillacdb.planeteldorado.com/Dbas_ima/t50sfu2.jpg (Fulgurex - box actually features the 1953 Eldorado)
http://cadillacdb.planeteldorado.com/Dbas_ima/T50chtin.jpg (also avalable in the convertible style)

1951 Cadillac Series 62 [6219]
Se deg for (1957)
Definitely two different Cadillac years shown here (1950 and 1951). 2010-01-24 23:59
1950 Cadillac
Underworld U.S.A. (1961)
...and the impact guards on the front bumper (they changed in 1951 and later) 2010-01-24 23:58
1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Coupe
Leur dernière nuit (1953)
...and possibly a "Series 62" convertible coupe.

1929 Cadillac Series 341-B Murphy Convertible Sedan
Zelig (1983)
Here's a Murphy custom job on Cadillac chassis for 1929. I'll let you be the judge.

1950 Cadillac Series 62 [6219]
Route 66 (1960-1964)
IMHO it's a 1950 Cadillac "Series 62" sedan (chrome sill plate decor, front bumper guards)

1922 Cadillac Type 61
Blonde Crazy (1931)
Definitely Cadillac and probably 1922, but as far as the actual body style is concerned, your guess is as good as mine nz...... Sorry I can't be more specific on such a dark, fuzzy image. 2010-01-24 23:23
1924 Cadillac V-63 Tourer
Night Nurse (1931)
The car in the foreground could be a Cadillac roadster of 1929, but the beltline jut doesn't fit. 2010-01-24 23:18
1950 Cadillac
Eve's Temptation
I'm OK guys. Just had too many other things to do ...like celebrate my 70th b'day ...a number of times. I'm slowly getting back to normal speed. At the same time, there is a growing number of experts on IMCDB that seem able to identiy Cadillacs old and new as well, if not better, than me! This one looks like a model from 1950-1952. I won't stick my neck out any further. 2010-01-24 23:12
1949 Cadillac
Aldrig i livet (1957)
I agree with the date range, but how in hell can you be assert that it's a "Coupe de Ville" without seeing any part of the body except the front hood ? 2010-01-24 23:08
1937 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Rollston Town Car
1990: I guerrieri del Bronx (1982)
Custom Cadillac by Rollston, 5-passenger Town car on the 138" wheel-base, Series 75 chassis with V8 engine. It features a flat windshield and painted wheel discs. It is reported that Rollston built only one of these cars so I am assuming it is the same one I admired and photographed in Scottsdale, AZ, in January 1999 where it was being offered for sale at auction by the Kruse organization.  It did not find a buyer at that venue and so it proceeded to the next Kruse auction at Auburn, IN, in September the same year.  There, as lot #1118, it was bid up to $45,000 but the owner(s) did not let it go. This car was painted a dark burgundy color. Kruse said it had been in storage for years. It is featured in a book entitled "Cadillac's of the Past".
