| 1985 Flxible Metro ABR Gone in Sixty Seconds (2000) |
No. This bus was only made in 1985. The L.A. Metro Rapid had Flxibles, but notice the space in the bumper. That indicates a raised floor height. The filmmakers actually took this particular bus from Cincinnati Metro, and repainted as L.A. Metro. This is what I was referring to. The above staement qwas made by you. This is not factual info. I have driven this bus on a few shoots. It has nothing to do with Cincinatti, never has. Sunline had a few of these retrofitted. I know of two of these, both owned by prop companies. One is in NJT scheme and the other is still kind of LAMTA 2 stripe. I believe they are both 1973 models but I am not good with Flx model numbers so I will not assume which model it was. |

I would say it is a 5303 but not real sure because I cant see enough of the length. I cant think of any vehicle suppliers that had 4516's or 18's here. Look closely at the panel below the window line. On the 5301's and 4517's this is a raised panel.
