| 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine Nati con la camicia (1983) | Nope, it most certainly is a factory Fleetwood limousine. The limos had Deville rocker trim and lacked the chrome "spears" along the sides of the hood as well. If you look closely you can see that the hood ornament is a wreath and crest. Those wheelcovers are Deville but could easily have used as replacements for the more expensive and intricate Fleetwood wheelcover.
