1952 Vauxhall Velox [EIP]
Road and Bridge Building Scenes (1961-1972)
This is a Vauxhall Velox EIP of 1952 to 1954. 2013-01-19 08:27
1955 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
Look at Life: On The Meter (1968)
This is to 100% a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1955. 1955 because of typical grille and smaller windscreen than 1956 cars. Velox not Wyvern or Cresta because of single body colour, rear wheel spats and missing bonnet speedbird. 2013-01-18 21:02
1956 Vauxhall Velox [E]
Gideon's Way (1965)
This car is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV or a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC but of 1956 because of wider windscreen, Because of single tone paint would say too Velox. 2013-01-08 06:29
1966 Vauxhall Viscount [PCE]
Monty Python's Flying Circus (1969-1974)
There's no difference in sidetrim between Cresta deLuxe and Viscount but because of black roof would say to 99% that this is a Vauxhall Viscount PCE of 1966 to 1969 (cars of 1970 to 1972 had the Vynil cover of the roof also on the A-pillar). 2013-01-08 06:26
1955 Vauxhall Wyvern [EIX]
Look at Life: Scooter Commuter (1962)
This is to 100% a Vauxhall E-Series car of 1955 because of smaller screen and the more narrow radiator grille than at 1956 cars. Would say that this is to 95% a Vauxhall Wyvern EIX of 1955 because of missing rear wheel spats, only one body-colour, painted, not chromed, side strip. 2013-01-08 06:20
1955 Vauxhall Wyvern [EIX]
Lucky Jim (1957)
Surly a Vauxhall E-Series Wyvern because of coloured grille. But would say of 1956 because think that bigger rear screen and ornament between rear door and rear screen is visible. 2012-09-14 19:53
1966 Vauxhall Cresta De Luxe [PC]
Ka' De li' østers? (1967)
Hubcaps of Viscount and Cresta were the same exapt badge in the middle that cannot be identified on this picture (Cresta had black Vauxhall griffin and Viscount had red crown motive). Only difference from the rear is the Vinyl covered roof, a chromed cross in the middle of the rear light units and rear bumper overriders at Viscounts. Nothing of this is visible on this photo. Only thing sure is, that this is a Vauxhall PC-Series car of 1966 to 1972. But no chance to say if Cresta, Cresta de Luxe or Viscount or if 1st series from 1966 to 1970 or 2nd series from 1970 to 1972. 2012-09-14 19:42
1967 Vauxhall Viscount [PCE]
Ka' De li' østers? (1967)
Because of grille with name badge would say too (95% sure): Vauxhall Viscount PCE of 1966 to 1970 (cars of 1970 to 1972 had no more the Viscount-badge on the grille) 2012-09-14 19:34
1953 Vauxhall Velox [E]
An Education (2009)
This is to 100% a Vauxhall E-Series car of 1955. Earlier cars had no chrome-beltline and 1956 cars had wider rear screen. But difficult to say what type of 1955 Vauxhall E-Series car. For Wyvern: Has no rear wheel spats. For Velox: Chromed wasteline (Wyvern coloured). But as that car is a restored one, it's hard to say what was changed. But would say: Vauxhall Velox EIPV 1955. Compare with the car in "braindead". 2012-02-17 05:53
unknown
Del cuplé al tango (1958)
Do you see, how big this car is? Do you see, how tiny the driver is in relation to the car? This a very big american car but to 100% not a Vauxhall E-Series car. Only look at the front overriders. 2011-11-05 07:13
1955 Vauxhall Cresta [EIPC]
The Man Without a Body (1957)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC of 1955 because of typical 2-tone-colour-sheme of only this year. 2011-10-31 20:05
1961 Vauxhall Cresta [PA]
Look at Life: High, Wide and Faster (1963)
Hi agly! Maybe YOU need specs and don't wear them?! Everyone, who knows Vauxhall PA-Series cars knows, that this is a mid-series-car of 1960 because of the typical "round!!!" side- and indicatorlamps and the typical colourshemes of only that year. 2011-10-01 06:14
1967 Vauxhall Viscount [PCE]
Una lucertola con la pelle di donna (1971)
Dear Ingo. The frontend of this car is completly different in shape to a Vauxhall Viscount (I'm an owner of one of these very rare cars). Front end looks for me like Opel Rekord A and Hüftschwung is for me not really visible. But really difficult to say to 100%. 2011-09-03 07:46
1956 Vauxhall Cresta [EIPC]
Serious Charge (1959)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC of 1956 as only this car had this typical side-chrome. 2011-08-29 19:34
1967 Vauxhall Viscount [PCE]
Una lucertola con la pelle di donna (1971)
Would say that this is an Opel Rekord. Surly no Vauxhall Viscount. 2011-08-29 19:28
1960 Vauxhall Velox [PA]
Payroll (1961)
This is a Vauxhall PA Series of 1960 to 1962. But no chance to say at this picture if Cresta or Velox and if 1960 or 1961/62. but surly not before 1960. So maybe right. Vauxhall Velox PA. But 1960. 2011-08-29 19:25
1961 Vauxhall Cresta [PA]
Look at Life: High, Wide and Faster (1963)
Because of round side- and flasherlamps and typical 2-tone colorsheme it is to 100%a Vauxhall Cresta of 1960 as models of 1961/62 had rectangular side- and flasherlamps and different colourshemes. 2011-08-29 19:19
1966 Vauxhall Cresta Deluxe [PC]
12 + 1 (1969)
Seems to be a Vauxhall Viscount PCE 1966-69 because of rear overriders. Cresta had no overriders. 1966-69 and not 1970-72 because missing sidechrome under the doors. 2011-02-22 07:02
1960 Vauxhall Cresta [PA]
The Avengers (1961-1969)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta PA of 1960. Cresta not Velox because of 2-tone-colour. 1960 because of only for this year typical colour-sheme. 2010-09-12 12:30
1952 Vauxhall Velox [E]
Never So Few (1959)
This is a Vauxhall E-Series Velox of 1952-54. 2010-09-12 12:27
1948 Vauxhall Velox [L]
The Avengers (1961-1969)
Isn´t it a Velox? I can see overriders on the front bumpers. So should be a Vauxhall Velox L of 1949. 2010-05-28 07:14
1957 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
Le champignon (1970)
This is to 100% a Vauxhall E-Series car of 1957 because of the typical grille with the horizontal bars and the V-motive in the middle. But it´s no Cresta as there´s the contrasting sideflash missing. So it´s a Vauxhall Velox EIPV or a Vauxhall Wyvern EIX of 1957. 2010-04-27 07:34
1960 Vauxhall Velox [PA]
That Was the Year: 1970 (1991)
I aggree with chris40, but 1959+ means model-year 1960 for this mid-series car. 2010-04-20 07:24
1960 Vauxhall Velox [PAS]
Plass til en bil ? (1963)
This is a Vauxhall PA Mid-Series of 1960. Mid-Series because of only one-piece-rear-window (1958-69 had 3-piece) and indicators in the fins. Because of only one bodycolour it should be a Vauxhall Velox PAS of 1960. 2010-02-19 08:22
1956 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
Naked as Nature Intended (1961)
"john from Staffs" is right. This is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1956. Because of wider front screen and ornament between rear window and rear door it is a Velox of 1956, not 1955. 2010-01-19 19:46
1964 Vauxhall Viva De Luxe [HA]
Pohjan tähteet (1969)
This is a Vauxhall Viva HA Deluxe of 1964 to 1966. Deluxe because of sidechrome. 2009-12-01 18:31
1967 Vauxhall Viva SL [HB]
Midnite Spares (1983)
This is a Vauxhall Viva HB of 1967 to 1970. This is a "SL" or a "90"-version, as you can see at the grille. 2009-12-01 18:27
1965 Vauxhall Viva Deluxe [HA]
Mondo Bizarro (1966)
This is a Vauxhall Viva HA of 1964 to 1966 2009-12-01 18:21
1936 Vauxhall Light Six [DY/DX]
Ministry of Fear (1944)
Agree, this is a Vauxhall Light Six. Can anyone see the wiperarms? If they are fixed on the upper side of the windscreen, it´s buildt between 1933 and 1935. If they are fixed on the lower side of the windscreen, it´s buildt between 1935 and 1938. 2009-12-01 18:14
1961 Vauxhall Velox [PA]
Himmel og helvete (1969)
This is a Vauxhall PA-Series of 1961/62 because of rear lights (1958-1960 had oval lights witch were incorporated in the rear bumper). Because of only one bodycolour, I would say Velox, not Cresta. So should be a Vauxhall Velox PA of 1961/62. 2009-12-01 17:54
1955 Vauxhall Wyvern [EIX]
Disappearing Britain (2006)
I cannot even identify this car as a Vauxhall! 2009-12-01 17:49
1957 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
The Avengers (1961-1969)
This is a Vauxhall E-Series car of 1957 because of bigger rear lamps. Velox or Cresta, not Wyvern, because of rear overriders. As I cannot see a contrasting colourstrip on the side, it is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1957. 2009-12-01 17:45
1964 Vauxhall Velox [PB]
The Baron (1966-1967)
This is a Vauxhall PB-Series of 1963 to 1964. 1965 had reverselamps in the rear lamps. Roof not in contrasting colour, so it could be a Velox not a Cresta. But no chance to say it to 100%. 2009-12-01 17:41
1966 Vauxhall Cresta [PC]
Incense for the Damned (1970)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta (PCS). Not a Cresta de Luxe because of single headlamps. Year 1966 to 1972. 2009-11-16 22:24
1970 Vauxhall Viscount [PCE]
Bless This House (1972)
This is a Vauxhall Viscount, produced between June 1966 and September 1970 because of "Viscount"-badge in the grille. After that, there was only a "V"-motive in the middle of the grille. So "Haverton Hill 1" can be right with his dating by the licence plate. 2009-11-16 22:17
1970 Vauxhall Cresta [PC]
Mlad i zdrav kao ruza (1971)
This is a Vauxhall PC-Series car. But don´t know if it´s a Viscount. Yes, only Viscount had Vinyl-roof but also had different rear lamps (with a chromium cross in the middle of the lamps) and had overriders on the bumpers. So maybe it´s a Vauxhall Cresta PC with Vinyl covered roof. 2009-11-07 16:15
1970 Vauxhall Cresta De Luxe [PC]
The Professionals (1977-1983)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta de Luxe PC-Series. The sidechrome under the doors says facelifted model of 1970 to 1972. "Cresta de Luxe" not Cresta because of sidechrome on top of the rear wings. 2009-11-07 16:08
1958 Vauxhall Cresta [PA]
The Day the Earth Caught Fire (1961)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta PA of 1958/59. 1958/59 because of 3-piece rear window. Cresta, not Velox, because of contrasting coloured roof and boot. 2009-10-26 07:58
1955 Vauxhall Cresta [EIPC]
Der Bauerndoktor von Bayrischzell (1957)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC of 1955. There was no Cresta before model-year 1955. Started in Oct. 1954. 1955 because of facelifted bodyshape with wider bumpers and small rear window. Cresta because of roof in contrasting colour. 2009-10-26 07:53
1955 Vauxhall Cresta [EIPC]
The Day the Earth Caught Fire (1961)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC of 1955. 1955 because of small rear window and facelifted bodyshape. Cresta because of roof in contrasting colour. 2009-10-26 07:51
1956 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
Daleks' Invasion Earth: 2150 A.D. (1966)
This is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1956. 1956 because of larger rear screen. Velox not Cresta or Wyvern. (Cresta had longer sidechrome and Wyvern had different ornamanet between rear screen and rear doors. 2009-08-31 12:02
1957 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
That Riviera Touch (1966)
This is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1957. 1957 because of typical sideletters. Cresta had gold-coloured letters and first letter looks like a "V". So should be a Velox EIPV of 1957 (95% sure). 2009-06-07 21:51
1956 Vauxhall Cresta [EIPC]
I'm All Right Jack (1959)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta EIPC of 1956. 1956 because of big rear window (1955 had samller one) and typical sidechrome that only had Cresta of 1956. So 100% sure = Cresta EIPC 1956. 2009-06-07 21:46
1960 Vauxhall Cresta [PA]
The Saint (1962-1969)
This is a Vauxhall Cresta PA of 1960. 1958/59 had 3-rear-windows. 1961/62 had no indicators in fins. Cresta not Velox because af 2-body-colours. So sure Vauxhall Cresta PA of 1960. 2009-06-01 19:54
1960 Vauxhall Velox [PA]
The Saint (1962-1969)
This is a Vauxhall PA of 1960 to 1962. No chance to say if Velox or Cresta and no chance to say if 1960 or 1961/62. 2009-06-01 19:51
1952 Vauxhall Velox [EIP]
Adieu Philippine (1961)
This is a Vauxhall E-Series Velox or Wyvern of 1952 to 1954. No chance to say if Velox or Wyvern because only difference is the colour of the wheels and the bonnet-ornament. 1952 to 1954 because of different boothandle and smaller bumper to later E-Series cars. 2009-01-16 18:18
1960 Vauxhall Velox [PA]
Tony Arzenta (1973)
This is a Vauxhall Velox PA of 1960. 1960 because of only one rear window (1958-59 had three rear windows) and indicators in the fins (1961-62 had the indicators integrated in the rear lamps). Velox not Cresta because of only one body colour and smaller hubcaps. 2008-11-19 12:38
1957 Vauxhall Velox [EIPV]
Gideon's Way (1965)
This is a Vauxhall E-Series of 1957. 1957 because of rear lights with integrated indicators. Cresta or Velox because of rear overriders. Cannot see the coat-hooks beetween the front and the rear doors. So should be a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1957.

1957 Vauxhall Wyvern [EIX]
Gideon's Way (1965)
This is a E-Series Vauxhall Wyvern of 1957. 1957 because of long single side chrome (1955 and 56 had shorter one) and horizontal grille bars. Wyvern because of missing rear spats. This car has optional bonnet ornament and external sun visor. 2008-09-13 18:10
1956 Vauxhall Wyvern [EIX]
Billy Liar (1963)
This is E-Series Vauxhall Wyvern of 1956. Wyvern because of smaller ornament between rear door and rear window and missing spats. 1956 because of bigger rear window and short side-chrome (1955 smaller rear window, 1957 longer side chrome). 2008-09-13 18:06
