Its a 1999 model (only) in Eddie Bauer trim and dressed in two-tone Laser Red and Harvest Gold, the latter of which was replaced by Arizona Beige in 2001. The raised front end and freighter-sized dual front closed-loop recovery points announce automatic full-time four-wheel drive. 1960 Chevrolet C-10 Apache The Donna Reed Show (1958-1966)	Starting with the 1960 model year, the C/K line of pickups was born. GM officially named them the C/K Series, to announce the arrival of factory all-wheel drive. The term "All-Wheel Drive" was actually used in period documentation, rather than just the use of the Four-Wheel Drive term. 1987 Ford Mustang Bigfoot County (2012)	About the "hood", it doesn’t have one. The black material draped over the engine compartment is either a thin plastic sheet or possibly a thin metal sheet. It has junk thrown on top to weight it down, likely to keep it from getting blown off by wind gusts. 1986 Chevrolet K-20 Silverado Fleetside Shameless (2010-2013)	The two-tone paint finish is made up of Light Blue (metallic) and Steel Grey (also metallic). The latter color is important as it was introduced for the 1986 model year. The grey color went under different names like "Medium Grey" or simply just "Grey". GM chose "Steel Grey" and printed it as such in period sales brochures. The identification number for the color is WA8798. It uses copious amounts of metallic flakes to shimmer in direct sunlight. 1987 Chevrolet Suburban Silverado [V-10] Dante's Peak (1997)	For the curious ones wanting to know what was lurking underneath the hood: The 5.7 liter 16-vavle 350 cubic inch pushrod V-8 with single-point electronic throttle-body fuel injection. For 1987, computer controls were added in addition to throttle-body fuel injection. The V-8 would continuously tune and re-tune itself, while running and on the move. Feedback sensors would tell the computer how the engine was performing, and then the computer would use a lookup-table as a reference on how best to adjust fuel and air burn ratios, engine ignition timing, etc, for optimal engine performance. Officially known as the High Torque V-8, it was calibrated specifically for towing and off road use (for work performance) in GM’s pickups and utilities, so it produced roughly 90 percent of its entire gross torque output at just 2,000 rpm. The gearbox was the venerable four-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic 700R4.	2013-01-18 23:41

1998 BMW 750iL [E38] The Double (2011)	The one they crashed is probably not a 750; even at an angle it does appear to be the standard wheelbase. The one seen in the beauty shots where the car is in pristine condition is however the long wheelbase 750. The 750 used the five-speed "Steptronic" ZF 5HP30 manumatic gearbox, when a open rear differential. Rear-wheel electronic traction control was used to simulate a limited-slip differential by using the ABS brakes to clamp down on the slipping wheels. The head protection system (HPS) was added for the 1998 model year (the HPS logo is visible in the last thumbnail capture), featuring a tube-like airbag that would protect the driver and front passengers head in a side collision. HPS joined the dual front SRS airbags and dual front side-impact (door mounted) airbags for a total of six airbags.	2013-01-15 02:41
