Actually, the main one is specifically a 2002 model. The ones in the first set of thumbnails are 2001-2002 models.

Here's a better picture of the taxi that he gets out of at the beginning, which is a newer model:

GM C-Series Customized
The Take (2007)
badlymad wrote We could just use 'Custom Made' as the marque and Cadillac Escalade Pickup as the model name.

The problem is that this isn't a Cadillac at all, it's either a Chevy or GMC. That's why I would disagree with naming it a Cadillac as a model.

1979 Ford Mustang
Like Father Like Son (1987)
taxiguy wrote I don't think [Fox] should be added, as that was just the nickname for the platform. The actual chassis code, which I think is what brackets [] are supposed to be used for, is different than "Fox". I can find out what it is if you'd like, but I just don't think that "Fox" should be placed there. ;)

I agree 100%. That's also the case with the "Panther" platform.

GM C-Series Customized
The Take (2007)
Yeah, I know. I've seen it a lot too. It's quite common here in Southern California. And it pretty much is impossible to tell which one it is. If we want to keep it, we can just leave it as unknown.

Or perhaps we could post this in the comments section better? what do you think antp?

1988 Chevrolet K-1500 Cheyenne [GMT400]
The Take (2007)
With that front, I would agree. And it's the earliest one, at least a 1988 model. 2008-07-23 23:32
1985 GMC Safari [M]
The Take (2007)
Yes sir. 2008-07-23 23:06
GM C-Series Customized
The Take (2007)
This is a custom job. It's a GM truck (either a GMC or a Chevrolet) with a first generation Escalade front, among other custom parts. 2008-07-23 23:05

1996 Ford Crown Victoria [P71]
The Take (2007)
This is a real LAPD vehicle and therefore a 1996-1997 model as those were the years that they used this generation of the Crown Victoria.

The Godfather of Green Bay (2005)
It's supposed to be a Nebraska State Patrol car, but it's a fake. That is, it's a movie car that was made to represent that particular agency. 2008-07-22 22:42
2002 Chevrolet Chevy Van Visser
Moordwijven (2007)
Well here it is known as the Express. But if over there it's known as the Chevy Van, then it should be renamed. 2008-07-22 22:32
2006 Dodge Charger SXT [LX]
Southland Tales (2006)

Is there a difference?
2008-07-21 21:57
2002 Chevrolet Chevy Van Visser
Moordwijven (2007)
It's probably a fake license plate if it's indicating a 2003 model. 2008-07-21 21:32
1999 Ford Crown Victoria
Made of Honor (2008)
Again taxiguy, it's only a movie. This movie wasn't just filmed in NY, it was also filmed in Los Angeles (among other places). You don't even know how many fake NYC taxis I've seen in movie sets in downtown LA. Besides, this may not even be a [P71], like I said, there's no way to tell. Just because you can point out the fact that it has no gray bumpers, that doesn't automatically make it a [P71] ;) 2008-07-21 21:30
1998 Ford Crown Victoria
My Silent Partner (2006)
Well, this is meant to be an unmarked police car (notice the LEDs and the fake CA EXEMPT plate). To make it look more like a police car (again, assuming that this is a civilian model) it would be smart to put in those wheels. Don't forget, it's just a movie. This has been done numerous times before with different movies. Here's just one more example:

This is actually a 1996-2002 Chevrolet Express, unless it's known by a different name over there?
