The Hunted (1948)
Distinguishing marks: Headlights partially integrated into fenders, side trim extending just past C-pillar, fuel filler on right, conventionally opening doors, exposed chromed trunk hinges

Altogether, looks like a 1940 Chevrolet. Some coupes have the fuel filler behind the passenger door, some on the rear fender. Maybe a mid-year change?:

Second choice, the closely related 1940 Pontiac:

I may make the Pontiac my first choice based on the protruding taillights.

1940 Pontiac models: Special Six, De Luxe Six, De Luxe Eight, Torpedo Eight - I'd guess this is a Six, but that's only a guess

The Hunted (1948)
If this movie was filmed at Warner Brothers Studio, then this car still exists. Automobile Magazine ran an article in their April 2013 issue about a 1941 Chrysler Town & Country that was originally bought new by Warner Brothers Studio (currently owned by Peter Heydon), and reportedly had bit parts in several movies.

1961 Pontiac Bonneville
Hurricane Smith (1992)
Hmm. Now I'm not sure. The rectangular badge on the front fender is consistent with a Canadian model, but it has the taillights (thumbnail 7) and grille badge (thumbnail 5) of a US Bonneville. American and Canadian Pontiacs shared a dashboard in 1961, so no help there. The wheels fill the fenders pretty well too, like a widetrack US model would.

The hood ornament is not original in any case, and the side trim looks like it's painted instead of chrome.

I'm revising my assessment to 1961 Bonneville converted to right hand drive and with some modifications.
