1986 Jaguar Vanden Plas V12 [Series III]
Once Upon a Time (2011-2014)
I think the show is shot in Vancouver, and the V12 Vanden Plas was available in limited numbers in Canada until 1992. I think it should be "Made for: CDN" rather than "Made for: USA."

You're right. The pilot episode was shot in New York, and the rest of the season was shot in Los Angeles. 2011-11-27 21:56
Plymouth Voyager
Prime Suspect (2011-2012)
I don't think those are all the same. "Prime Suspect," like "War of the Worlds," was shot in New York. However, "Undercovers" and "Glee" are shot in Los Angeles, and Cinema Vehicle Services is located in Los Angeles. 2011-11-27 09:27

1992 Chevrolet Caprice
Top Dog (1995)
Tonkatracker has summed up the intended meaning of my comment very well. Rtsbusman1997 commented that the livery was "wrong." I replied that the livery is correct for an early-1990s Border Patrol car. In this case, the vehicle pictured in the main image is a 1992 Caprice. In addition, I posted two pictures of early-1990s Caprices in the aqua Border Patrol livery to illustrate that such vehicles were used by the Border Patrol. I also posted a picture of a later model Caprice in the white livery to illustrate the fact that the white livery was introduced after 1992.

Next, I wrote that the Border Patrol went to the white livery in the "mid-1990s." Tonkatracker is correct in his interpretation of my comment. I used the term because I wasn't sure of the specific year when the white livery was introduced, and the specific year when the aqua livery was retired. I also used the term because I, like Rtsbusman1997, found pictures of Border Patrol vehicles that indicated there was a multi-year transition period when aqua livery vehicles were used along with white livery vehicles. I don't know for certain, but I feel pretty sure that the transition period included the period when "Top Dog" was produced and released. Since the film was released in 1995, I feel confident stating that the Border Patrol went from the aqua livery to the white livery in the mid-1990s, and the use of an aqua Border Patrol car does not represent a "goof" or anachronism.

2007 Chevrolet Impala 9C1
Prime Suspect (2011-2012)
In the second thumbnail, you can see the markings indicate the car is from the fictional "MTE" precinct. In the show, the characters work for the fictional "Manhattan East" homicide squad. It is similar to cars from the real Midtown North Precinct and Midtown South Precinct, which use "MTN" and "MTS" instead of a precinct number. 2011-11-02 10:25

2003 Buick Century
Rizzoli & Isles (2010-2013)
You're correct this is Rizzoli's mother's car. In Ep. 1.04 Mrs. Rizzoli trades in the Buick for an orange Cadillac. The car turns out to be a lemon, and Rizzoli and her mom go back to the dealership to return it. In Ep. 2.03, the car breaks down and they take to the Gilberti & Sons Auto Shop for repairs. The mechanic repairs the car and "pimps" it with the racing stripe and new wheel covers. 2011-10-10 08:23
1975 Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce [115.01]
Rizzoli & Isles (2010-2013)
It looks like a Giulia. The mechanic character who owns the car named her "Giulietta." In the episode, Isles says, "1975 was a great year." I assume that is supposed to be a reference to the model year. 2011-10-10 08:16
