The license HAS to be a fake, or from another vehicle, if it indicates that this particular van was registered in 1995. I can't read it very well, but it seems to read Express. Notice how it's only one word as opposed to two separate ones (Chevy Van).	2008-08-18 21:59

(even if it's not the same model). I don't know how this system works presizely. 2nd options is a fake license as you mentioned earlier this evening... Let's make is 1995. It wouldn't make sense because the first model year for these vans was 1997.
