Or, la probabilité rentre en ligne de compte dans ce cas. But whatever this question, the 1964 model still have indicators lights on the wings near the doors, when the "fogs lights" are non-optional device on the models 1964/65..then why not 1964? rather an optional equipment on a 1961 model? Normally, Jan de Lange is very well informed, but it's true, I couldn't find this "F" in René Bellu "Toutes les Ciroën". So it's probably just a Jan-de-Lange-typification or typical dutch...
