There is a badge on the vertical chrome strip dividing the grille and that badge lights up with the side lights (4-5 inches from the top) Also its looks like plain clothes cops (Flying Squad from Scotland Yard?) are arresting someone and many British police departments used Wolseleys, especially for detectives or senior officers (eg Foyle's War)	2008-09-11 12:01
