Sunbar ![]() | Its actually a Cortina GT. The shield on the rear wing is quite clear (the Lotus badge was circular in the same area) and the rectangular 'GT' addition to the Cortina name on the back. It was quite common for them to be painted as Lotus Cortinas by 'wannabe' owners. | 2006-04-21 12:04 | |

2491tj ![]() | oops..although supposedly set in 1972,some of the Humber Pigs and Saracens were filmed with modern number plates in situ, and in some scenes the shell of a burnt out BL Rover 2000 SD1 is visible..20 years before they rolled off the production line!theres a Sherpa van from the 1980s in there somewhere as well. -- Last edit: 2009-01-27 16:44:36 |

| 1965 Ford Cortina MkI Bloody Sunday (2002) | AnthonyG | The car is a Ford Cortina Mk1. Year between 1964 and 1966. The Cortina was the British equivalent of the Ford Taunus 12m, although a completely different car until the 1970 models of Taunus and Cortina. -- Last edit: 2005-09-12 16:55:50 |
