bigjim5551212 CAI helped build the Cadillac movie cars for The 6th Day. There were about 5 made, and one was a short car. 4 of them had the stainless rear end on them. The bottoms were all cut out and 67-72 GM truck rear suspensions were used, as well as 70-81 Camaro front clip with 350 Chevy's. They all had bosch H4 headlight with PIAA bulbs 2010-10-28 19:16

1988 Ford Mustang
The 6th Day (2000)
Wampa-One USI have done some further research and as far as I am able to tell, it appears that Ford restyled the side-view mirrors on the convertible version only of the Mustang beginning in 1988 so that the mirrors gained more of a post and were no longer “wedge” shaped as on the hardtop versions.

I was spurred by pextor's comment here:
/vehicle.php?id=31087
pextor wrote it's not an 87, it's an 88-93, based on the mirrors...

I for one agree, Ford should have left them alone. The new front end is just not very
becoming of that truck. I liked the previous front end. Explorer4x4 still thinks they
look absolute gorgeous. Go figure.... :D

rjluna2 USSome from Wikipedia, but mostly from my own memory. I used it to verify from my own memory. When they came out with the new generation body style, I stopped looking at it. I didn't like the new front end. Now they have two separate F-Series body style!

ford_guy USAhh, you misread the wikipedia article. Here's the quote from wikipedia: "introduced in 1998 for the 1999 model year." I can see how people can mix that up, but just hope you remember. I assume you've gotten most of your information from wikipedia?

But I agree, the 1992-1996/7 Ford F-Series trucks definitely had the best body style. I myself own a 1994 Ford F-150 that I'm not quite ready to give up yet :D

rjluna2 USYou may be right about 1999 Ford F-350 being out of the market at 1998. I found it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Super_Duty web site. I did remember that the new generation came out in 1998 and assumed it was a 1998 model year. Still I like the 1992/97 generation body style. Thanks for pointing me out. 2007-09-26 03:40

The 6th Day (2000)
ford_guy USI agree with rjluna2. Only thing is that it's a 1999 or later, so most of your comments about it being a 1998+ are wrong, this design was first used as a 1999 model. Remember that!! :D
