I think it's small (61cu in) Harley-Davidson model J (1921-24)

wrenchhead USThey are pretty distinctive but I can't find anything with those flattenedsides. Going to be tough. There were 100s of pre-1930 makes and most were similar.

wrenchhead USCirca 1920 Armbruster built similar limo/bus on various chassis. This may be one of those or similar special built car. See: http://www.coachbuilt.com/bui/a/armbruster/1926-A-S-Buick-opt.jpg for an example built on a buick chassis.
