Fatt Matt | The film is set in an alternate 1964, where Germany won the war and Nazism is still in power. Would this ever happen it is likely luxury cars such as Rolls Royce would still be made but with different badges on them, in this case Daimler/Mercedes Benz. A pretty good plot device I thought, read the book and it should make more sense. mrcadillac  | "Junkman" is right. It's definitely a 1961 Cadillac Series 75 Fleetwood sedan or limousine. The amber flashing lights are add-ons, to give it the "Presidentioal Limo" look (usually these flash ing lights are red and blue, not amber).
