1977 AMC Pacer Wayne's World (1992)	qg	Does anyone know where and/or how to obtain some in-depth info on this very car? (I'm now talking specifically about the one in Waynes World, not just AMC Pacer in general) I'm looking for info like: * Is it confirmed that it was a '77? ('75-'77 they looked basically the same) * What is the exact color of the one in the movie? Is it a original AMC color? * Are the seats original? 1977 AMC Pacer Wayne's World (1992)	G-MANN	It's a memorable car, but not a "star car" like the Bluesmobile or ECTO-1 (Ghostbusters). For a vehicle to recieve five stars it must either be pretty famous or used extensively throughout the film, like the Griswold Family Truckster in National Lampoon's Vacation or the BMW GS1100 motorbikes that Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman rode in the TV series Long Way Round (without the bikes there would be no adventure). I'm not sure Wayne's AMC Pacer is quite famous enough, nor does it play a huge part in the film. It certainly worth 4 stars though.	2007-01-03 23:45

1987 Chevrolet Celebrity Wayne's World (1992)	sleighboy	Actually, the fact it is a Sedan indicates it is a 87-89. 89 was the last year for the Sedan, 1990 were only Wagons same goes for the Pontiac 6000 which ended prodcution with the Celebrity in 1990. Only the Buick Century and Oldsmobile Ciera stayed as GM's FWD A-Body cars. I call it an 87, I have an 87 sedan just that color. I have seen 88's and the same color does not look the same as the 87. The 87 had more of a metallic look. Items of interest for this partiular car: No engine bading on front fender No pass. side mirror Also, that is a Pontiac Fiero in the background.	2006-07-14 23:52
