Being undamaged/stronger is not especially a good thing, as the car should absorb the shock rather than send it to the occupants. I remember a crash test picture between 60s Mercedes and VW Beetle, the Mercedes was shortened and the Beetle nearly intact, but actually the Mercedes is much safer. -- Last edit: 2007-05-06 19:41:21 |
