More like a 1928 6C 1500 Sport /Spider Zagato/ Note the grille mesh in the close up thumbnail, in 1500's usually stops below the top chrome section with the badge. In 1750's the mesh covers everything to the top. There's also a Super Sport but that has a much shorter tail. https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alfa_Romeo_6C , italian wiki looks more comprehensive here. -- Last edit: 2021-03-24 16:09:10 |

Any source? Found info on Norden but couldn't tie any photo with this However I do see BZ-Bolzano licence plates which according to this Link to "www.motorsportmemorial.org" was Norden's birthplace. There's also some confusion about the identity of #10814328 Link to "www.alfabb.com" (see posts #28 and #34... "A second car numbered "10814322" (and sometimes reported as "10814328") appears to have been built around a collection of parts with a Zagato-style body made reportedly by Pettenella. This car has a chassis number stamping that reports "10814322" and there is a digit "8" also visible under the last digit "2" ... causing some additional confusions. Some additional careful checking may reveal additional digits hiding under other number stampings?)..." -- Last edit: 2022-05-17 16:05:35 |
