Looks a Ford Falcon with the directional lights in the bumpers and a concave grille and that would indicate a 1963 model year , but the grille pattern is unlike standard US models that had horizontal slats in 1963 .On this one the grille is meshed with smaller vertical pieces as on the 61 models and not unlike the 1963 Lincoln grille. But 61 Falcons had directional lights inboard of the headlights in the grille and not in the bumpers and the bumper was raised above the number plate. There is also an additional grille guard mounted on two bumper overriders not seen on US Falcons.May be a car assembled in Argentina or other non US market.

You may be right on the design year of this car but they built these things until quite late in Sth America - through into the '80s at least.

Circa 1966(if recall better)Argentinian-made Ford Falcon(tubular bumpers with big overriders are peculiar of ones made in South-America);they don't matches with same year's US-made ones 'cause in Argentina follows a different evolution respect original ones

visit here(if knew a bit of Spanish):

the ford falcon along wih the peugeot 504, fiat spazio, siam di tella, torino and the fiat 600 are classic cars here.
in fact here the european cars are the best selling cars always
i mean...they have european origin, but some of them now are built here
as the renault kangoo, clio, the peugeot 307 hatchback and sedan.
well, now we have more cars built here...but not alot as we have in the past.
