This is certainly a Lincoln Continental 4 door hard top. Often tough to make out make between 63/64 but my money will have to go on 1963 for this one since you can make out the use of the emblum on the roof "C" piller which was not there in '64 if I remember correctly. the other tall tale is the more intence downward slope of the tail light and bumper seem on rear. Otherwise front section is so close alike. Ford fans feel free to correect me as I am a Cadillac fan and only even owned one '64 Lincoln and a Thunderbird |

The roof and glass structure is that of the 1961-63 Lincoln, In 1964 the roof and glass were redesigned (a retrograde step to flat side-glass). This redesign lasted through the 1965 model and then redesigned for the 1966-69 generation of this body style. I believe this is a 1963 model. -- Last edit: 2008-06-28 04:45:47 |
