You mean a home made convertible - it looks like that. :D The factory convertible was only a Talbot Samba.

The shoot was taken in avenue Chateaubriand, Nice.
No side strips would rather indicate a Peugeot 104 than a LNA Citroen.
Two french coachbuilders have had such cars converted into convertibles : Sovra and Bertin-Cholet.
Sovra worked mainly on 104s (Sovra "LM5"), most Bertin-Cholet were LN/As (Bertin-Cholet "Marina").
I doubt this could be a home-made conversion, as such a car would hardly have been street-allowed in France, even in the early '80s.
Considering the shape of the hood (what we can see of it !)and though there is no visible rear window, my opinion is this is probably a Sovra-converted Peugeot 104 LM5.
The production figures aren't known exactly, moreover at least one conversion has been sold as a DIY kit. About 15 to 20 LM5 are supposed to have been built. A fully-restored LM5 could be seen at the 2016 Retromobile exhibit in Paris.
