Rideau had chrome trim all the way around the windows; Niagara only had it on the beltline. 1954 Meteor

EDIT: Choices in 1954 were nameless base model, Niagara, and Rideau. This has enough trim to rule out the base model, leaving Niagara or Rideau. Rideau had chrome trim all the way around the windows; Niagara only had it on the beltline. The sun here reflects off the side trim and the beltline but not above the windows, so I'm guessing Niagara.
