Found out that the "Charming Betty" was made by the CAMI, LLC and the model is called the Hydra-Terra, Amphibious Coach MK 2. It was bought second-hand, and was originally in the Caribbean. It uses a Volvo engine. There is a second Duck boat used there called "Charming Nancy".
