Probably a Hino FD or Isuzu NPR and its American derivatives. |

Maybe an Isuzu Forward fitted with custom panels by the filmmakers. |

I vote Hino FD. I come from Japan and an Isuzu doesn't have an unsplit windscreen |

The top shape of the side windows remind me of an Iveco. |

Its a 1987 Hino FD with custom front guards and custom built doors and bumper. The wheels and windscreen gave it away. ![]() |

you know, I just might have been wrong in my analysis of this truck seven years ago. Those wheels are indicative of an Iveco Zeta, or a Z-Range as they were called in USA |

Triple windshield wipers is typical of Iveco, too. |

The truck is based on a 1985-89 Iveco 79 series. Note the following... - Wedge shape of the roofline - Wrap around windshield - Height of door handles - Three Windshield wipers (only a handful of trucks / years / models have this feature) - The large block above the grill, grill size and placement on the front end. - Where the fender splits, overall shape of the fender |
