Everything seems to match a 1966-69 Plus 4 4-Seater - dash, steering wheel, rear lights. There was no Plus 8 4-seater nor a 4/4 4-seater in mid-late 60s, and I think it has the higher Plus 4 bonnet line. |

@ dsl & nzcarnerd: Am I the only admin polite enough to leave the admin who created the page changing himself/herself the identification, when the ID is made less than 48 hours after the page creation? I know that pages "don't belong to anyone", but taking a little care about people costs very little... |

It was me what did it, but Are you saying that you prefer to be the only person who completes the IDs for your entries? |

@dsl: We have here. |

@dsl: I propose IDs and don't complete them on pages created by other admins, as I think this can be a way to acknowledge the work done by the concerned person: time taken to make screenshots, to search and identify the vehicles, to publish the result... But as said in my previous comment, as long as the page was recently created. Most of the time, I don't care when the pages I created are concerned (although I appreciate it, of course ), but I noticed a growing trend among admins these last times (or did I just become more aware of something that exists since the beginning?) towards ignoring the questions asked about some vehicles, the identification being then set without any explanations. I know that this Morgan wasn't concerned, as you gave all details in your comment. In fact, it was just a change that occurred after too many "robotic" ones, for me: it was maybe not done in the proper way nor in the right place, but I wanted to remind that we should certainly take some time to be attentive to others. |

Not sure what he is on about but all I did was ask questions - and make typos. -- Last edit: 2016-07-02 10:00:38 |

I'm not sure what to say either. Robotic IDs which ignore posted questions are unhelpful - rude and no-one learns anything. But this seems the wrong example and targets to pursue that valid frustration with. Can we just move on without a Big Discussion here?? If it's a continuing frustration, take it to the forum for general reactions?? |
