Could be an F-600, F-700, or F-800.

Extremely detailed. Look at the shot of the interior, quite accurate Ford F-Series dash of this era, even has the 'right' steering wheel an F-600/700 would have??

I noticed the Pixar A113 on the plate! I wonder if the DOT# actually means anything and if a truck that big would actually have a park pawl[my dad's 2015 F-650 doesn't] seeing how accurate they got the rest of it.

When I saw this movie for the first time I also thought this truck really stuck out in contrast to all the other vehicles in typical pixar movies. (that aren't about cars). even the pizza planet toyota pickup still has a very generic look to it that borrows from a lot of small trucks

It's really strange that it's an exact copy of an 80's ford and not just a generic looking box truck. we know there must be some sort of big ford fan at pixar to make such a pet project of this vehicle for the movie.
