Looks to be a BMW 'New Six" (E3) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_New_Six - from the '70s but with a front spoiler. Maybe something early from Alpina?? or maybe just a local GB custom job? |

I think it's a tweaked 1971+ 2500. Alpinas had stripes and alloys and I don't remember them doing E3s. |
