It's a DKW. Most probably a SS 250. 1937+. … Nope: it appears Ewald Kluge was riding a ULd 250, this year. And won the Lightweight. -- Last edit: 2016-06-01 03:00:23 |

In 1938 Kluge won the Lightweight with #24. -- Last edit: 2016-06-01 03:30:14 |

And this one sports the number...? (Anyway, whether it's staged, and it is a SS 250 prodcution racer. Whether it's shot during the IoM TT week, and it's a training sesson. And this could be the works DKW. One thing is certain for the moment: DKW.) -- Last edit: 2016-06-01 03:38:27 |

Have rewatched and it's still impossible to read the number. Maybe because there is no number ..... he has no number on his back, and the grandstands behind are almost empty ... .... as a policeman slowly ambles along the pavement. So practice footage?? |

The missing 'big number' attached on the back of the pilot says 'staged' or 'practice'. |
