I guess it's a 1929/30 Studebaker. But 1929 Graham-Paige and 1929/30 Perrless come very close... |

With that square badge between the headlights and those 'stand up' sidelights I would say Cadillac - '29 or maybe '30? |

You are right. What irritates me is the shape of the upper grille frame. Cadillac is smoothly rounded, but on this pic it looks straight. Maybe it's just the light. I quoted Studebaker because of headlamps that don't look round, but that is poosibly also the light... Without that badge, the Graham looks very similar. I'm just not sure. -- Last edit: 2007-03-07 08:59:42 |

Sorry for picture quality Original scene is more dark so apply the brightness, contrast and gamma collection. These are captured from old Laser-Disk (with DIY repaired player ). If someone have DVD, quality is more better. |

Very dark ,but could well be a Cadillac V8 series 341 of 1930.The incidence of the light on the upper radiator cowl may give it a more angular look than it is , but these cowls were not strictly round anyway .Bumper ,square badge between the headlights , round grille medallion ,shape of sun visor and standing lights on top of fenders match. |

Cadillac 1929-30 for sure. However, without a better view the sides of the engine hood (bonnet) it's impossible to distinguish between these two years. Assuming it could be from 1930, it's definitely a V8 and not a V12 nor V16. Body style appears to be 5 or 7-pass. sedan or limousine |
