 1983 Tasmin or 1984 280i. Other versions not sold in the US and different bumpers fitted from 1985.

 Some info on Tasmin in US/CDN with names and dates here. It was called Tasmin 280i until Oct 85, later than elsewhere. Coupe was very rare in CDN or US, sold from early 84.
