15 Six, starting from 1939. But possibly a post-war car fitted with older Pilote wheels.

The chromed grille came on 1947+ models. I guess it will be very difficult to be sure about the year since this car has been restored quite heavily and not to it's original specifications. A better view of the lower part of the grille might help to distinguish between a left or right turning engine (on the latter the crank hole is longitudinal), or a close look at the rear window (pre-war cars had a stanced rib around the window, post-war cars didn't).

Didn't notice any view of the front or rear end. Maybe there will be something in later episodes.

EDIT: No, there weren't more shots with it.

This looks to be the car:

As DynaMike said, chromed headlights are prewar. This is definitely a postwar car due to the rear stoneguard, trim on the doors and louvered hood (which the 15 Six already had since before the war)
Pre-1950 due to the exposed tube on the seats. Black steering wheel (which would usually mean July 1949+ for 1950 MY) could be original, but likely isn't. The crankhole is longitudinal so it's indeed either an 11 B or a 15, though I tend to 15 Six as described and suggested if the winged badge is original.

If it really has had the Pilote wheels originally, it would be 1946-48. The new wheels came in the spring of 1948. The speedometer is black, changed to yellow in July 1949, the tube seats disappeared in December, in June 1950 came the new two spoke-steering wheel.
Comparing 1947 to 1949 interiors, it looks like the parking brake changed sometime from a black pull-knob to an aluminium handle.
