Very blurred .The nearest I can come by is a Schacht 12 hp 2 cylinder runabout buggy built 1904 to 1909 ( Schacht Manufacturing Company Cincinnati, Ohio).Those were high wheeled buggys with a rather flat free standing radiator and steering by wheel as on this one.I know documents of at least 3 surviving examples. |

I found the origin of those pictures : they were taken in 1946 during the Chicago-Evanston race organised by the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.As indicated , the car here is indeed a Schacht friction-drive highwheeler 1904-1909 |
