 This is not a facelift 86C, it's the previous model.

France did get a facelift 86C Bel Air (unlike us) but only in ozeanblau and windsorblau.

From what I can see it's a special edition of the Polo Classic (former Derby, which was discontinued in 1988 here) for Spain and France.
