Not I think a Commer in the movie, which looks higher and has I think a more upright front.

1933 Morris-Commercial C11/30F 30cwt as a first guess, edit: eliminated.

Also a 1936 Peek Frean's Thornycroft Handy - eliminated

The spoked military pattern wheels are not found on most f/control vans plus hinged doors.

Perhaps the forward control 1933-1936 Morris-Commercial 1-ton T2F? - no pictures found to determine
