Not assisted by this, and further hindered by the angle of view, this is no more than a bit of a guess. Rolls-Royce 20/25 Sports Saloon, possibly by Hooper. I won't die in a ditch if somebody has a better idea, but it's been there a while and I thought I'd take a punt.

johnfromstaffs ◊ 2016-02-22 20:15	Is there a view of the rear wing and boot? Do I see a division? If so, it's a touring limousine rather than a sports saloon. It could also be a 25/30.
