1995 MY for the Ulysse as with the Evasion and 806? (btw, the summer 1994 issue of "double chevron" magazine says the Evasion was launched on July 1, 1994 in France)

I had doubts for a long time about this. The Ulysse went on sale on July 1, 1994 too (first price list was issued that date), and was already on that same month on the cover of Quattroruote: https://copertine.quattroruote.it/cover/630/1994_07.jpg
That example (2.0 Turbo HL) was registered in May, but it is a pre-production, as confirmed in the test. Some Ulysses with pre-1994 provincial plates did exist, but they were extremely rare even back then, as possible only in several provinces (note that pre-production examples registered in Turin already had alphanumeric plates, like the one on the magazine)

1st German price list is dated September 1994, so at least for Germany 1995 would be correct for me

^Here someone says the first price list is from June 13, 1994:

Also worth to note that most deliveries to the public were already in the fall.

About first price list, well, on that very issue of Quattroruote the date of the price list is July 1, but possibly they meant for the whole Fiat range (at the time the date was referred to the brand, not yet for the single model - I didn't notice any other new model/version though, but maybe there could have been some adjusted prices). June 13 seems plausible too, probably that user has got the actual official period price list for the single model, so I have no reason to doubt that :)

Thank you, that's very good to know. So I'd say for those (most?) markets it's definitely 1995MY (if not even 1995 calendar year as in France, or even 1996MY like for all Eurovans in UK)

I think that June 13 could be the issue date of the price list, and July 1 the effective entry into force

That could be possible too
