It looks like a 1941-47 'Art Deco' truck indeed: a 1941-42/46-47 1½-ton model or a 1946-47 1½-ton Special / 2-ton. If I'm not mistaken, it has the 1946-47 bumper. Pre war models were sold as Heavy-Duty. It's still unclear for me for post war trucks, all the more as the 1½-ton models (which can't be distinguished visually from the 1½-ton Special / 2-ton ones) were moved from heavy- to medium-duty category for 1946-47... |

Remember that this will be an Australian model which will have been assembled by Holdens and probably have a Holden-built cab. I presume that is another similar one, although with a different cab, in the foreground. |

Then a 1-ton to 4-ton truck, if made in Australia... But this doesn't change the 1946+ bumper clue, I think. Whatever the country, I didn't find the sales name of the post-war models, for now. |
