Dnepr...looks like MT-10 of '80's (by the position of turn-signal...)

I don't know about Dnepr, but Urals have reverse gears.

Only newest Urals (made in 90s and 2k) have gearbox with reverse.
Dneprs had reverse gear already in 1950s. And some models have and had 2 wheel drive which Urals again didn┤t make until 1990s.

Bike in the picture is Dnepr MT16. You can tell it by shape of valve cover (rectangular) and it has separate seats for driver and passanger.

Didn't Ural take over for Dnepr, who took over from IMZ?

^No. Ural was produced not "taken over" by IMZ. Dnepr was launched on KMZ in 1946 separately.

Couldn't see hack driveshaft, so MT-10, 11, 12, or 16 (if driveshaft quipped.)

The question I have is how did a Soviet motorcycle complete with sidecar find it's way to a Canadian trailer park? Were they actually sold here like the Lada?

Probably badged a Cossack if imported by SATRA who had premises in Toronto.
