 SAAB 96 (MY 1960-1968) - can't decide whether it's a short (MY -1964) or a long nose (MY 1965+).

 Just being curious; why can't this 96 be of 1969+ MY?
To my knowledge, there's not much difference on the rear end for many MY:s.

 1969+ have larger front and rear windows - the one shown here has the smaller rear window.

 Gosh! that was difficult to see, but I suppose I have an untrained eye for SAAB...
I'm slightly ashamed as I should be able to see this, my father had nine of them ranging from a 92B to a (I believe it was) a 1976 96.

 I admit, it's quite hard to tell them appart on those two top corner thumbs. You get a feeling that there is a difference, but finding it...? Couldn't find better pics, sorry. - A shot like the discussed one at the top is rare...

But it has the small windscreen... The long nose came for MY 1965 and the larger windows came for the MY 1969.

So the one up there is MY 1965 to 1968.
