This one has pressed steel wheels, making it 1937-8 rather than 1935. The 10/4 and 12/4 were the same car with different engines. The Wolseley is probably an 18/85- very popular with Police at the time- and the background car could be a Standard.

The registration 'ADP 88' does not appear on DVLA as a Morris.
