Well, I don't come here quite as much these days. And yes, it's London - the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. That building in the middle of the picture is Paul Hamlyn Hall. The bottom-centre dark green truck is a Bedford M-type or Commer Superpoise?.
Just above the Bedford/Commer, with a red bonnet and a high load, looks to be is a Morris-Commercial CV 2½ or 3½ ton long wheelbase.

I'm reluctant to suggest anything for the highlighted blue truck in the corner, as it is more difficult with no detail to confirm it, perhaps a Morris-Commercial Leader or Bedford WTL?
