According to the page about the operator (欣欣客運), the model of this bus is Hino RK8JRSA... https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%AC%A3%E6%AC%A3%E5%AE%A2%E9%81%8B Same operator using the same prefix (3/4/6XX- FR) registration and fleet no. for new vehicle delivered on 2011... Notice the image I have "squared" with a black squre but this is written in Traditional Chinese which is not known for somebody.
