It had Hyundai badges, but not the one we know. The Galloper was built by Hyundai Precision & Industries Corp, which had a different H-shaped logo (that one : https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:20110723_hyundai_galloper2_01.jpg ). I remember it was officially imported in Belgium along with the "normal" Hyundais by the same company. However, in Spain, for instance, that wasn't the case, and the car was branded Galloper instead. |
